Our new IS-1 portable
electromagnetic sealer from CPL can be used to seal containers with
aluminium foil for pharmacy, chemical industry, pesticide, food,
cosmetic and other light industries.
It will quickly and
efficiently seal containers and bottles made from polyethylene,
polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester and glass.
The IS-1 is child's play
to use and produces perfect results every time.
The IS-1 consists of
(a) The control box and (b) The induction head. The machines comes in
220v or 110v power supply (for USA & Canada) and can seal bottles
with a diameter from 18mm to 90mm. We can also supply sealers with
different opening diameter; 8-60mm and 50-130mm.
The IS-1 can seal bottles
at high speed, there is no need to wait for a few seconds between
sealing of bottles. Sealing time is adjustable between 0.1 to 5
seconds.
